How long are the sessions?
We offer 20-minute, 30-minute and 45-minute sessions.
How many sessions do I need:
Halotherapy/Infrared therapy offers the best results when practiced regularly. The benefits are cumulative, so consistency and frequency are the key. As with any wellness or fitness practice, the more consistently you commit, the better the results you’ll experience. That said, the ideal frequency varies based on your personal health and wellness goals, as well as your lifestyle. Clinical research suggests that three sessions per week can be especially effective for targeted therapies like immune support, pain relief, and more. How do I prepare for my session?
Stay hydrated! Drinking plenty of water before, during and after your sauna session is essential to support the detoxification process. We’ll provide water & refreshing cooling towels, infused with essential oils for a soothing and invigorating experience. Perfect for post-session rejuvenation!
What do I do during a session?
Is it safe for children?
Yes, Halotherapy is generally safe for children and may support respiratory health. However, infrared sauna sessions should be used with caution for younger individuals and may require shorter exposure.

What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 12-hour advanced cancellation notice or there will be a late cancellation fee. No shows will be charged for the full session.
